Rental Application and Application Fee
You can find our rental application online here—before you bound off, though, make sure you have all the proper paperwork and identification in hand. There’s also a $60 rental application fee, which is non-refundable.
Photo I.D. and Social Security Card
We require a photo of a Photo I.D., which could be a driver’s license or a passport, and a valid social security number for our background screening that occurs during our application processing.
So remember:
- Driver's License/Photo I.D.
- Valid Social Security Number
- Paystubs proving you make three times the monthly rent
- No prior evictions or felonies

How long does it take to process my application?
24-48 business hours.
How much does it cost ?
$60 per adult on the lease, co-signers include. Simply put, if they live there, they have to be on the lease.
Can I get a refund if my application is rejected?
Unfortunately not. There are costs associated with processing background checks for each rental application that the $40 charge goes to cover.
Is there an earning requirement?
Yes. You are required to make three times the monthly rent, and must provide recent paystubs as evidence.
Can I do a showing online?
No. You can apply online, but showings must be done in-person.
What do I need for a rental application?
