How long does it take to process my application?
24-48 business hours.
How much does it cost ?
$40 per adult on the lease, co-signers include. Simply put, if they live there, they have to be on the lease.
Can I get a refund if my application is rejected?
Unfortunately not. There are costs associated with processing background checks for each rental application that the $40 charge goes to cover.
Is there an earning requirement?
Yes. You are required to make three times the monthly rent, and must provide recent paystubs as evidence.
Can I do a showing online?
No. You can apply online, but showings must be done in-person.
What do I need for a rental application?
- A Driver’s License/Passport/Valid Photo I.D.
- A Valid Social Security Number.
- Paystubs proving you make three times the monthly rent.
- No prior evictions or felonies.
